2nd prize of the Prada a Tope's foundation award "Palacio de Canedo" to its respectful rehabilitation.

The Osa mayor obtained the second prize, for "the morphological recovery of the building, the well and the environment through the professional intervention of an architect, resulting in a clear structural reinterpretation, as well as an enjoyable reading of the textures of its outside canvases and inside spaces, being all this intervention an attractive proposition". The building calls attention for "its nice colour that goes well with its rural environment", the "mortar finish on walls, that blends with the stone cladding", as well as the "downpipes and good details in woodworks", among other things.

In short, it is an "interesting recovery of house, well and environment," and a "concern for the basic building elements (Jabalón, beams, etc.)".
